When in 2018 we moved into a sort of startup incubator (scale-up, actually), we knew everyone at TNDS that year would benefit from being in touch with so many tech companies throughout the day. Despite small, these companies had real business models and the struggles that come with it and gave them a great example of one type of company they could end up working with.
These companies were also very glad to have us around and also benefited from the partnerships and projects we engaged in together. So in the end the community of that building was really flourishing that year.
And that’s it, there’s no deeper lesson here besides the obvious. The simple fact that we were close, met people in the halls or in the coffee shop, meant there was a number of learnings and of opportunities happening on a daily basis.
